Ingredients: Creatine Monohydrate, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).

0.75 g - Creatine Monohydrate

Content in recommended daily portion (24 capsules): 

18 g - Creatine monohydrate

Recommended daily intake: 6 capsules with fruit juice or other sweetened liquid 3 to 4 times daily, before and after exercise, for the first 7 days. Thereafter, for maintenance, take 6 capsules 1 to 3 times daily. Wait 3 to 4 hours between doses. For continuous use for more than 28 days, take one serving (6 capsules) daily.
