Content in recommended daily portion (6 teaspoons (20 g)): 

20 g - Creatine monohydrate

Recommended daily intake: Mix 1 1/2 level teaspoon in fruit juice or other sweetened liquid 3 to 4 times daily, before and after exercise, for the first 7 days. Thereafter, for maintenance, take 1 to 3 times daily. Wait 3 to 4 hours between doses. For continuous use longer than 28 days, take one serving daily.
