The stated delivery time does not include the dispatch day. Shipments are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the receipt of payment. The parcels are dispatched from Poland.

Prices for international shipments:

The cost of shipping abroad depends on the weight of the shipment and the delivery country. The exact shipping price is shown in the order form after the country of dispatch is determined. The shipping cost for deliveries to Europe costs on average 7-15 Euros.

If the destination country is not member of the European Union you may be liable for customs fees. Our store will not be responsible for any customs fees and duties applied in the destination country.

The shiping cost for deliveries outside Europe costs on average 10-30 Euro.

Brexit update

We would like to inform you that parcels to the United Kingdom are currently sent via Polish Post. You may or may not be required to pay UK VAT. It depends on UK Post Service. However, so far we did not receive feedback from customers that they had to pay VAT or custom duties.

Parcels sent via Polish Post are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks.

We do ship parcels with UPS or DHL to the United Kingdom. However, any additional fees or custom duties are responsibility to the customer.

The maximum package weight is 20kg.
