Phosphatidylserine is a derivative which is part of  phospholipids group. It is an important element for the functioning of the cell walls and plays a special role nervous system cells. Phosphatidylserine helps the neurons in the brain to support and maintain memory function and neuroplasticity i.e.  the ability to replace damaged neurons with new ones. Additionally, it improves  the memory and concentration.
