Ingredients: L-Arginine , cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, silica and vegetarian coating.

Content in recommended daily portion (1 tablet):  L-Arginine - 1000 mg

Recommended daily intake (adults): Take 1 tablet twice daily as needed. Take between meals or at bedtime with a carbohydrate drink to facilitate absorption.

Net weight: 120 tablets

Storage: Store at room temperature in a dry place, out of reach of small children.

Caution: Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.

It is not recommended when having active viral infections, in particular if you have active Herpes virus.
