200 mg - Boswellia serrata (resin)
200 mg - Tart Cherry (Prunus cerasus) (fruit)
200 mg - Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (rhizome)

Content in recommended daily portion (2 capsules): 

400 mg - Boswellia serrata (resin)
400 mg - Tart Cherry (Prunus cerasus) (fruit)
400 mg - Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (rhizome)

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day during meals. Should be taken with water.
