600 mg -  Certified Organic Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (rhizome)
5 mg - Certified Organic Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) (fruit)

Content in recommended daily portion (2 capsules): 

1200 mg -  Certified Organic Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (rhizome)
10 mg - Certified Organic Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) (fruit)

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day during meals. Should be taken with water.
