Both Reishi and shiitake are well known in Chinese herbal medicine and have been used for centuries to promote health and well-being. In recent years, researchers have identified key bioactive polysaccharides that may contribute to the health-promoting properties of these two super mushrooms.

90 mg - Reishi mushroom extract powder (10:1) (Ganoderma lucidum)

300 mg - Reishi Mushroom Powder (Ganoderma Lucidum)

150 mg - Shiitake mushroom extract powder (4:1) (Lentinus edodes)

Recommended daily intake:  2 capsules twice a day with meals.
