Ingredients: 50 billion CFU, organic inulin and FOS (fructooligosaccharides).

Content in recommended daily portion (1/2 teaspoon (approx. 1.5 g)):

Recommended daily intake: Mix 1/2 teaspoon daily in 125-175 ml of water or juice. Drink immediately. It is best to take between meals or on an empty stomach.
