Omega-3 polyunsaturated acids are not only a source of energy, but are involved in many important body processes. They are rich especially in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Known for its beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system. They help lower the level of triglycerides in the blood and regulate blood pressure, improve the elasticity of blood vessels and reduce the risk of blood clots.

Omega-3 fatty acids:

• contain EPA (180 mg) and DHA (120 mg)
• are cholesterol-free
• are free from PCB (polychlorinated biphenyls) and dioxin contamination
