Food supplement

Ingredients: Calcium bisglycinate, magnesium bisglycinate, ginger, long and black pepper berries, gelatin (capsule shell), rice flour, microcrystalline cellulose (filling agent), maltodextrose, magnesium stearate and/or silica (anti-caking agents).

1 capsule contains:

100 mg - Calcium (from Albion calcium bisglycinate chelate)

50 mg - Magnesium (from Albion buffered magnesium bisglycinate chelate - magnesium bisglycinate chelate, magnesium oxide)

Content in recommended daily portion (4 capsules): 

400 mg - Calcium (from Albion calcium bisglycinate chelate)

200 mg - Magnesium (from Albion buffered magnesium bisglycinate chelate - magnesium bisglycinate chelate, magnesium oxide)

Recommended daily intake: 2 capsules 2 times a day. Should be taken with water.
