100 mg - Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum (bark))

100 mg - Fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

100 mg - Gurmar Leaf (Gymnema sylvestre)

Content in recommended daily portion (4 capsules): 

400 mg - Ceylon cinnamon tree (Cinnamomum verum (bark))

400 mg - Fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

400 mg - Gurmar Leaf (Gymnema sylvestre)

Recommended daily intake: 2 capsules 1-2 times a day. Should be taken with water.
