Berberine Complex

Berberine Complex is a food supplement that contains natural berberine with the addition of cinnamon root, gymnema leaves, and fenugreek seeds. Content in recommended daily portion (1 capsule): 

150 mg - Berberine HCl (from Phellondendron chinese)

150 mg - Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)(inner bark)

150 mg - Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

150 mg - Gymnema Sylvestre (leaves)

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule a day with a meal.
