Sleep contains a combination of valerian root extract, hops, passionflower and GABA. Sleep is a combination of ingredients designed to help you calm your mind and relax your body, so you can naturally fall into a restful sleep. Sleep contains valerian and hops, two herbs traditionally used to promote a calm, relaxed state and support rejuvenating sleep. GABA is a neurotransmitter produced normally in the brain whose function is to relieve nervous tension.

Ingredients: Valerian root extract (min. 0.8% valeric acid), hops (4:1 extract) (Strobiles), passion flower extract (aerial parts) (standardized for Vitexin and Isovitexin flavonoids), GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) , hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate and silica.

Content in recommended daily portion (in 1 capsules): 

600 mg - Valerian root extract (min. 0.8% valerenic acid)

300 mg - Hops (4:1 extract) (Strobiles)

200 mg - Passion flower extract (aerial parts) (standardized for Vitexin and Isovitexin flavonoids)

200 mg - GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid)

Recommended daily intake:  Take 1 - 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime if necessary.

Storage: Store at room temperature, in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
