Content in recommended daily portion (in 2 softgels): 

160 mg - Saw palmetto berry extract (Serenoa repens) (Fruit)

20 mg - Zinc (from zinc gluconate)

Recommended daily intake:  2 jellies twice a day, with meals. Drink water.
