Ingredients: 100% Uncaria tomentosa cut inner bark 


Directions for use: Pour 250 ml of water over 1 gram (2 scoops) of the dried herb, bring to a boil, remove from heat immediately, cover, and let steep for one hour. Strain. Drink 2–3 glasses of the infusion throughout the day.  


Recommended daily intake (2 scoops): Uncaria tomentosa inner bark – 1 g
