Ingredients: Vitamin A (from cod liver oil and vitamin A palmitate), vitamin D (from cod liver oil and cholecalciferol), may contain vegetable oil (corn or soybean oil); contains gelatin, glycerin, purified water. Contains fish (cod). Contains a bioengineered food ingredient.

Content in recommended daily portion (1 softgel): 

1500 μg (retinol equivalent) - Vitamin A (from cod liver oil and vitamin A palmitate) (167%)*
10 μg - Vitamin D (from cod liver oil and cholecalciferol) (50%)*

Recommended daily intake: 1 softgel a day. Should be taken with water.
