Cordyceps as sleep regulator

I read in Harrod Buhner's Book "Herbal Antivirals" that cordyceps has a function as sleep regulator (edition 2021, p. 346). I use the tincture 1:5 as sleep regulator and it helps me sleep through. I am very satisfied from this product of Lymeherbs!
