Recommended daily intake:

1. Pour 1 serving (1 level scoop) into a dry container.

2. Add 200 ml of water or other beverage and mix.

Note: Keep the order for preparation of the mixture as explained above in order to thoroughly dissolve the powder. Consume one serving per day during meal. Shake the container before drinking.
