Pure Shilajit is a black-brown resin-like substance that naturally occurs in rock crevices in some mountain ranges. It is made from the remains of plants, algae and lichens found in the nooks and crannies of mountain rocks, where over time, as a result of natural biological changes, they are transformed into mumio rich in valuable health-promoting ingredients.
