Ingredients: Vitamin B-1 (thiamine) - 50 mg of B-2 (riboflavin) - 50 mg B-3 (niacin) - 50 mg B-5 (pantothenic acid) - 50 mg B-6 (pyridoxine) - 50 mg B-7 (biotin) - 50 micrograms, B-9 (folic acid), B-12 (cobalamin) - 50 mg of benzoic acid (PABA) - 50 mg choline - 50 mg, inositol - 50 mg patented blend of: parsley, watercress, alfalfa, soy lecithin, and rice bran - 5 mg.

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule daily during a meal.
