Ingredients: 100% cut Kudzu root

Directions for use: Pour 1 glass of water (200 ml) over 1 scoop (1.5 g) of dried herb, boil for 15–20 minutes, then strain. Drink 1–2 times daily. 

Recommended daily intake (1 scoop): Pueraria lobata root – 1.5 g
