Ingredients: 100% powdered Andrographis paniculata herb
Directions for use: Pour a small amount of water or another beverage over 0.5–1.5 g (0.5–1.5 scoops) of ground herb. Drink with the sediment. Use 1–3 times daily after a meal.
Recommended daily intake (0.5 scoops): Andrographis paniculata

Storage: Store at room temperature in a dry place, out of reach of small children.

Ich nehme Andrographis seit Januar täglich, die Menge muss jeder für sich rausfinden, ich bin damit sehr zufrieden, spüre mehr Kraft und Energie, nichtsdestotrotz es reicht nicht alleine nur irgendwelche Nahrungsergänzungsmittel oder Vitamine zu sich nehmen, sondern man sollte seine Ernährung auch umstellen auf weniger Zucker, kleinere Portionen, sich mehr bewegen und seine Gesundheit selbst in die Hand nehmen, dann klappt das wunderbar.
