Ingredients: 100% cut Japanese knotweed root (Latin: Polygonum cuspidatum)
Directions for use: Boil 2 scoops (3 grams) of the dried herb in 250 ml of water, covered, for 10–15 minutes. After this time, set the decoction aside to cool for about 10 minutes, then strain. Drink once a day, preferably after a meal.
