Ingredients: collagen (collagen protein hydrolyzate), hyaluronic acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin K (menaquinone-7), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Content in recommended daily portion (5,2 g) :  

•      Collagen - 5,000 mg,
•      Hyaluronic acid - 100 mg,
•      Vitamin C- 100 mg (125%),
•      Vitamin K (K2 MK-7) - 100 μg (133%),
•      Vitamin D (D3) - 50 μg (1,000%) / 2,000 IU.

Recommended daily intake: Add 1 serving (2 scoops) into a cup with 200 ml of water or other beverage and stir. Consume 1 time per day during a meal.
